Order Return Policy

In case of a problem, a dispute can be opened within 7 days after the delivery of the products. BTC Hardware accepts any fault that occurs on their side. If it’s not related to us, the dispute will be closed. The decision in the dispute is final and acceptable to both parties. If a customer returns an order, the full shipping cost will be charged. In the event of cancellation of the order, after payment has been made, a voucher for the appropriate amount will be issued to the customer. The voucher can be redeemed in the future. The goods may be returned if the wrong item or a different quantity from what was ordered is delivered. The returned or exchanged goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging, together with all the accessories supplied.
