At BTCs Hardware, we strive to provide high-quality hardware products and excellent customer service. We provide a fair and easy return and refund policy in case you're not entirely happy with your purchase.

1. Return Policy
You may return an item within seven days of receiving it.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all attachments included.
Returns will only be accepted for damaged, faulty, or incorrect products.
Items that have been used, installed, or damaged due to mishandling are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

Please provide your order number, product information, and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.

2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
If accepted, the refund will be handled within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where BTCs Hardware has sent a damaged or incorrect item.
If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect purchase, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

3. Exchange Policy
We provide exchanges for damaged or incorrect products.
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, let us know when requesting a return.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items
