3. Orders & Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice.

We accept payments through bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery (COD) where applicable.

BTCs Hardware reserves the right to cancel any order if there is a pricing error, stock unavailability, or payment issue. In such cases, customers will be notified, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed accordingly.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

Standard delivery times vary based on location but typically take 3-7 working days.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or supply chain disruptions. BTCs Hardware is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Customers must provide accurate shipping details. BTCs Hardware will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers may return products within 7 days of receiving their order, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed after inspection of the returned product.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, installation errors, or wear and tear are not eligible for returns.

BTCs Hardware is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is incorrect or defective.

6. Warranty & Product Disclaimer

Some products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which will be stated on the product page. 

BTCs Hardware does not provide additional warranties unless explicitly mentioned.

We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but slight variations may occur due to manufacturing changes. BTCs Hardware is not liable for such discrepancies.
